Job title: Sales Compliance Coordinator - (18 Month Full time Contract)

Office location: Spanskih boraca, Belgrade - Hybrid working (3 days in the office)

 

About the role and the Team: 

The Sales Compliance  Coordinator supports Business Development and Sales teams by reviewing requests, ensuring compliance with internal policies - Wayleave documentation requirements, approval processes, and system controls, and responding to stakeholder inquiries through JIRA ticketing system. 

This role operates in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with multiple processes, document types, and system requirements that must be reviewed and validated alongside legal and compliance obligations. The position involves handling a high volume of documentation daily, including reviewing incoming requests and preparing documents for client and executive (CEO) signature. 

Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong written English skills, and the ability to accurately interpret and follow established processes. Candidates should be adaptable, proactive, and comfortable communicating with both internal stakeholders and external parties in a professional manner. 

 

 What will you be doing?

  • Reviewing Wayleave and related legal documentation
  • Validating compliance with internal policies and approval requirements
  • Managing and resolving requests through a ticket-based workflow
  • Reviewing and maintaining accuracy of system data and records
  • Preparing and coordinating documents for client and CEO signatures
  • Supporting stakeholders with guidance on processes and compliance requirements
  • Ensuring adherence to established controls, governance standards, and audit requirements
